Hi guys, I'm doing the Weight and Balance on my Moose with an M14P and I'm
getting conflicting numbers as to the C of G envelope. My manual dated
29/06/98 says FWD is 9.5 and REAR 21.36. I know this is different from the
manual that's on line. My manual is not clear as to where the datum was taken
but I believe it was the center of the forward spar. The later version is
from the center of the main axel, but I think this has moved relative to the
spar to accommodate the taller gear for prop clearance. I would like to
know the numbers relative to the spar. Thanks, Jim Williams

Hi Jim,
Datum has been main gear or leading edge of wing ( I don't ever recall it
being the spar).
Moose (SR3500)
Datum is center of main gear.
Allowable CG range = 10.8 - 20.4
