Yes, usually a .040 hole in the line. Take a steel fitting , fill it with
solder and drill a hole.

Because the debubbler is on the pressure side of the pumps do I need
anything on the vent line ex; restrictor valve or anything. What would stop
the fuel flow through on the 14 ' vent , and reaching full fuel pressure ?
could you please clear this up for me.
