We just got back from Osh, had a great flight from R.I. thru Canada and over
Lake Michigan. The plane was a pleasure to fly and my wife and I really
enjoyed the trip. I heard there was another Pelican on floats but I didn't
get a chance to see it or talk to the owner. Lorraine and Jean Rene were
there, and Bruce had a very nice Kolb Sport 600 display with his red one and
a new "stock" factory plane. I got lots of pictures of Bruce's plane - he
has a lot of nice detailed improvements to his. I also met quite a few
Pelican builders and flyers that I never heard from before. There was even
an owner from Brazil that said there were about 50 flying there. It was a
lot of fun, hope to see some other Pelicans there next year.
