Yessir, I've heard and read it many times.  The New Kolb Aircraft (US
ultralight manufacturer - http://www.tnkolbaircraft.com/ has purchased
all tooling and design rights, and may be using the wing on a new LSA
design of theirs.  They do not expect to be continuing of supporting the
Pelican kits but that is not final or official.

Not good for us owners and I feel bad for Jean Rene and Lorraine and the
rest of Ultravia.  I was hoping that they would make it thru
certification.
