Rick,
Look for an RV builder. They all have the small right angle drills to get into
tight places.

Look on ebay, I had to buy a 90 deg airdrill for some things on my Jungster
.- I bought an old surpluss Ingasol Rand (Spelling?)-- Aviation 90 de
g threaded drill from a guy in GA.- I believe it is old Gulfstream toolin
g.- I got it for $70, they sell new for 500 plus.- I can't complain, fo
r the 2 dozzen holes I need it for it is well worth the 70 dollars, much ch
eaper than paying someone to build the parts for me.- The good thing for
me is I already had access to the threaded drill bits in my tool box at wor
k.

For what it's worth, my HD Sportster 21" 40 spoke wheels, with tire, tube
and bearings, weigh 25.6 lbs each.

Not sure what my wire wheels weigh but they are 19" aluminum alloy rims.

combined weigh 36 pounds. I suspect mine are lighter as Robert uses what

Two welded hubs sell for $195 per pair and have a larger inside hub
with a bolt hole pattern for a brake.
Wheel kits ready to be laced with 2 tires, 2 tubes and 2 bearing sets
sell for $495. This also includes a step-by-step detailed video.
The weight of 2 hubs is "about" 2 lbs.
(We couldn't get them to register on a digital scale.)
The weight of ONE wheel complete with tire and tube is 18 lbs.
So, two COMPLETE wheels will weigh 36 lbs.

Some time ago I made up a set of drill guides ala Clif Dawson and used them
a lot. I originally thought of using them to drill the control horn
supports, but it didn't look like they would fit. After John W's suggestion
I tried again and they worked fine. I just had to locate the front and back
sides with a punch mark and drill from the back side. I used my el cheepo
long shank drill bits from harbor freight. I did have to bow the drill a
little, but it worked fine. I actually finished drilling the last control
surface about 10 minutes ago.
