Subject: | West Coast Pietenpol Meet |
Ok everyone, I just wanted to send out a reminder to those that are attending!
We're only a couple days away from the Pietenpol gathering at Frazier Lake Airpark
in California. The gathering is this Saturday June 5th. I'm looking forward
to meeting people and talking about Pietenpols. I know we're going to have
a good time.

While looking at my horizontal stab, which I had already seceretly messed up, I
thought it may have looked a little larger than 18". After measuring it sure
in deed it was! Gosh darn it! I guess I must be using a bad ruler. Well back
to the new jig and it will all be done by tomorrow night. Good thing is I
get to play with my new table saw! Wish me luck! This time I'll use the correct
ruler.

Better keep an eye on the saw blade, new saws have big sharp teeth that
like to bite hands and fingers while the operator is busy looking at the
ruler, admiring the cut and attending to other things!

But do pay attention or you'll learn all about the blood and tears part
only leaving the cold sweat for the time traveling to the hospital.
Safe in the morning, safe all day!

You could have left it. The extra weight would mean less beer needed for w&b.
On second thought, make it 16 inches....
