Seeing the phrase "Oscar's prop" makes me think about things a little.
I sometimes feel like our Piet stuff doesn't really belong to us
individually... it's almost like it belongs to the Air Camper community.
Ray Hegy's grandson made the Hegy prop that used to be on Scout. After
that, it was Corky's, then it was mine, now it's somebody else's. I'll
bet if you asked Hegy's grandson about that prop, he would say "yeah,
that's one of mine". And if Ray were still around and he could see and
feel the prop, he'd say the same thing.
Do we ever really own these things, or do they just change hands
around the circle as the years go by?

A while back someone posted a you tube video on drag and the difference between
an airfoil and metal rods.
Anyone have the link to that?
Thanks

I just wanted to thank Charlie and Cecilia Miller and their family for
hosting us at Frazier Lake this Saturday. It looks like Charlie burned
enough fuel hopping rides to make it a good way to Brodhead. I had been
meaning to get to Frazier Lake for about thirty years and am glad I
finally made the trip. It was great seeing the group and I want to thank
Mike Groah for sending the flier and reminders. I'm looking forward to
my next return visit. Now to get cracking on my Corvair engine so I can
fly down there in the Pfeifer.

Icing on the cake was seeing Charlie's beautiful Stinson. I knew he was
a great guy!
