Gary the DAR made me put the dreaded "EXPERIMENTAL" sticker on my Piet in spite
of me having the reg 45.22(b) printed out. There has been confusion about this
reg over the years so I guess I will just keep the stupid sticker on it. I
put it of the cover of the rear instrument panel. ....don't look too bad.

He warned that one of his cramps is un-safetied worm drive hose clamps.

Wow, Vic and Mike- that is a beautiful airplane! Well done! It looks like you'll
have no problem 3-pointing it in full stall with it sitting up on the tall
spoked wheels like that. And a very handsome and classic paint scheme.
I just see a few problems with it. For one, I've never seen one built with a 2-piece
wing like that, with the starboard wing longer than the port one. And
don't forget to install the gap cover where the wings join.
Another thing, the propeller is installed backwards and may try to unscrew itself
from the airplane if you start up the engine with it turning backwards. Everyone
knows that real airplane engines turn clockwise when viewed from the cockpit.
Just a caution for you on that little faux pas.
Last item: did you safety all the worm drive hose clamps? ;o)
