Mario my one piece wing weighed 155 pounds/70.3 kg without cover. That weight did
include the aluminum wing tank.

Mario I used all sitka spruce and faa approved plywood in the wing. I used full
1 inch thick spars with no routing. It was so big and hard to turn. If doing
it again I would make the 3 piece wing.

I see the plywood cover in the leadin edge is cut in U between ribs.. why? why
not stright?
