My center section is 36"wide and the tank is 32" wide. It does rise above the wing about 2" as well. This way allows me to keep the fuel line and shutoff really simple, smoothly curved and in the open. No extra lines and 90 fittings inside the fuselage and no hole in the firewall. If metal, how did you make the sump area? Fantastic work, no matter the material! Fiberglass. The bottom is painted with "chrome" paint. The top will be the same as the wing. > Is this tank metal or fiberglass?
