    Did mine the same way as Dennis Glued up both sides and added gussets after they were out of the jig Didn't have any problem with the joints popping (T88) -------- Earl Brown I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be.     I added gussets in the "jig" where I could. Depending on what side I had in the"jig" at the time, the number and placement of the gussets varied. Attached is a picture of the right side, as the few gussets attached would be on the inside. As already mentioned, leave the large side panel plywood sides off as long as you can stand it.     When I built my fuselage sides, I just glued my gussets in place (no nails). Nails are only required to hold the plywood in place while the adhesive cures - they are not intended to carry any load. Just ensure that the glue joints are properly "wetted". This method allows the builder to install the gussets on either side of the fuselage structure while still in the jig.
