Have a look at the Photos page 8 on http://www.cpc-world.com.

There are some pictures of how I did mine.

The first time I tried it I glued the ply together to make it one piece.
It didnt work well. I then removed it and tried three separate pieces of
ply suitably steamed and bent. Much better.

The use of ratchet tie down straps are the way to go to hold it all in
      place.

      Cheers

I also have a wing on the saw horses and am stumped on this. If you use the
plywood do you have to go all the way around the leading edge? It looks li
ke on the drawings you start at the top of the front spar and stop at the l
eading edge, is this right? I also don't think I'm good enough to cut the g
rove in the leading edge for the ply to lay in =C2-so I was thinking of r
unning it to the center of the leading edge and sanding it to blend in.
      Thanks,
      Keith Goff

      Keith,
You are reading the plans correctly, ply only on top. Just run the ply down the
LE a half inch or so and feather to blend in like you said. That is probably
what I will do as my LE is already attached and it doesn't have dado cut out.

I just improvised my hybrid flop. Makes it a lot easier getting in an out.

This is exactly how I did mine. It took a lot of clamps and straps to do
each wing, followed by an hour or three with the hand plane and sanding
      block. Worked just fine. Ken
