Subject: | aileron control horn |
When building the aileron control horn that is attached to torque tube..... is
it built so that the cables will be slightly off set so the cables dont rub against
eachother as they cross while going up? Or just let them rub?

I built mine with some offset. Cables constantly rubbing seems like a bad
idea, at least to my mind.

I built mine straight, then bent the horns slightly to achieve the desired
offset. Easier to do than trying to figure out how much offset you need.
It doesn't take much to bend them slightly.

If you build the horn perfectly, they'll rub...I had issue.
