Malcolm,
Good input. Would love to see photos.
As you have done, I shortened each outboard panel to make up for the wider center-section
- so my wingspan will remain essentially the same.

Friends and Pieters.
Does anyone know Dick Weeden and have any contact information. I need to talk to
him about the Bergs pump for the Model A engine.
Thanks,
Jack

Looks like a Defender to me too. The oleo gear is a very strong indicator, along
with the shape of the cowl and pilot seating position (nobody in the back seat).

Try calling Mike Weeden at 608-214-6652, he'll know the phone number for Dick...

Didn't Ken Perkins offer some or all of the metal bits? There's also a synapse
firing that says he had them in a CAD program so they could be done on a waterjet/laserjet
machine. I know he's bowing out of the Model A Ford business but
he might still have the code available for the flat metal bits. If he has,
in fact, bowed out of all things aviation, it's our loss.

Jake,
Here are a couple links to my website. I haven't worked on the Piet for a few years.
In the mean time I've recovered a Kolb, finished a Titan Tornado, and I'm
almost done with a Micro Mong. Soon I hope to be back on the Piet.
