Hey folks, I'm nearing completion of a project, a zenith 601XL. I hope to fly in the next 3 months. With that done and moving forward, I am wondering what I will do for a tinker project. A pietenpol is on my list for a possible project. Would any of you have a documented build site I could review? Thanks - Rich Simmons Murfreesboro TN

I think I owe an apology. I remembered the days we mixed glycerin with ethyl alcohol if antifreeze was not available in Turkey, about 40 years ago. Ethylene glycol is, of course, mildly poisonous if taken orally. In the air, it should break down in about 10 days. So, if smoke is used not very near to humans, it should be ok. In air shows we breathe jet exhaust, don't we? Semih Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=444397#444397

No apology needed :) I think it really is a non issue. I just remember the old school treatment for ethylene glycol poisoning from med school many years ago, and always find it amusing. Jet exhaust.... mmmmmm... love that smell :) It is second in glorious smells only to bacon. Dave On 07/05/2015 07:45 AM, oldbird wrote: > > I think I owe an apology.
