Subject: | Auction For P113 eMag To Support Matronics List Fund Raiser |
Dear Listers,
Bob Nuckolls of the AeroElectric fame has generously put a new eMag P113 electronic
4-cylinder mag up for sale on EBay. Bob has pledged to donate all of the
proceeds from this auction in support of this year's Matronics Fund Raiser.
If you are in the market for one of these great electronic ignitions (I have two
eMags on my RV-8 and love them), please bid on this one!

Thank you in advance!

Anybody besides Jack in tee shirt and cutoffs in 70 degree temperatures, that is
;o) I haven't been flying in a long time. Too long. Today we had a few hours
of clear sky and sunshine after weeks of storms and rain. I'm not whining,
because we have had drought and no snow in the mountains the last couple of
years so we sure need it, all of it. Just puts a crimp in open cockpit flying.
So I went out to the hangar and pulled Scout out, chocked the wheels, and after
a few swings of the prop, the fire lit. I had no intention of flying, just some
taxiing to warm up the oil and clear the plugs. Mine, not the airplane's
;o) It worked. After about 20 minutes I felt much better and the oil temp needle
was steadily up in the green. The Air Camper seems to be a timeless remedy.

Subject: | Can't Find Turtle Deck on Plans? |
I haven't started building yet. At the tail end of a "mental build" by looking
over the plans and trying to figure out where everything goes.
One sticking point - I can't seem to find fuselage turtle deck info/drawings on
the plans. Am I missing something?
