Only a short take off and 1 0 minute flight followed by a decent landing, but a personal milestone for me. In about 20 days it will be three years since I cut the first wood for the rudder. I had thought I could do it in two years but life has a way of changing our plans. I know there had been previous discussions about the po ssibility of using the jeep engine, both pro and con, probably more con tha n pro. I don't know if proves much except it will fly. When the wind condit ions are better I will do more testing and tweaking . Hopefully I will have a video available later and I will try to post a picture that a friend too k. The windy morning made the flight and un-known traits just a little nerv e wracking, but it did quiet well with very little trim issues. Was it a problem on a Jenny?
