    Just want it nice and strong ray built like a brick. The left leg is ready for the router and varnishing. Cutting out the plywood sides for the right leg.     There have been some very helpful discussions here about what length bungee cord to use, how many wraps, how to attach, what diameter, and how to stretch the bungee in tension before securing the loose end.
