Lots! There was even a Piet some years ago that got passed
with a declared gross of 1500lb!
You have your DAR, we have MD-RA.
The inspectors are fellow builders. A couple of local ones
have built wood AC and even designed AC. I don't expect
any issues. I've had it on display at our local RAA June
flyin and show. Two of these inspectors have looked at it
      and commented favourably.

On a side note. Transport doesn't give a s--t if you fly through
a barn. Just DO NOT, however, carry a passenger while doing so!

Be advised that your local EAA chapter has a reamer that will take care of the
size of the I.D. Also there are a few of us that have lathes for the adjustment
      of the O.D...

I got my bushings from McMaster-Carr with 1.5 inch ID. My axle is also 1.5 inch
OD. So there is no clearance and the bushings won't slide onto the axle. How
do I remedy that situation? Back to the machine shop or can I make the bush ID
      bigger myself?
