I do plan to spay it into some of the tight places
Taildrag i like your idea may give it a try but it sounds like it could be messy

Make sure that whatever covering system you are using is going to be comparable
with any varnish it will contact. Quite a chemical battle ensues if you try to
put a dope or vinyl product over the top oven on catalyzed varnish I promise.
Most of your Hardware varnish will dissolve or lift if exposed to solvents

I worked some more on getting the wings varnished. I plan to use the stewart system
and I have talked to them to confirm the varnish i am using will work with
their stuff.
I also took a break from varnishing to make the parts for the pulleys to the aileron
control wires to attach to.
