Subject: Horizontal Stabilizer Dimensions

Are the dimensions shown on page 2 correct (for leading edge, main beam, etc)?
The stringers are 3/16" which means they fit in the main beam, but they will be
too thick on the leading edge. Sand the stringers there? There's also trouble
getting corner gussets to sit on the ledges unless I sand the center beam in
those areas.
