Engine control cables for an Apache
      
      
      My left engine controls will no longer respond to the WD-40 or mystery oil treatment
      and it's getting cold here in Colorado. The cables need to be replaced and
      I'm ready to do the deed.
      
      But where can I get replacements?
      
      >From the parts book:
      page 203, figure 68
      part 30 cable assembly left prop pitch 17905-04
      part 31 cable assembly mixture control 17906-00
      part 20 carburetor heat control 17907-00
      part 23 throttle control 17905-02
      
      mcfarlaneaviation.com reports that they can make them for me but they will require
      a one-time approval that way.
      
      Does anyone know where I might find some original equipment?
