I would also go with the highest temp coating available which should take care of the hot spots. I am currently flying with mild steel mufflers with no coating. I no longer have any mufflers or exhaust systems available. Are you going to LWC this year? I don't have any available vacation left but hope to skip out by Friday noon or early Saturday morning so that I can visit with everyone.
