It is a weak spot in this design for sealing because the aluminum does not bond well to anything. The wing is also quite flexible in that corner and tends to work things loose. Most likely for a more permanent seal you will have to open up the tank end plate and seal it from the inside. Check first if it might be coming from a screw, that is easier to fix from the outside. A flexible sealant is best in that area, that is what AC Spruce is offering, the two-component stuff that stays rubbery.
