This past weekend my wife and I flew from c entral South Carolina to St Augustine Fl for a long weekend. The trip was g reat and the weather was beautiful!=C2- The plane was a sheer pleasure to fly (no pun intended).=C2- It's like Greg Smith used to say, "you never stop building". I keep finding ways to improve the plane and make it better and enjoy it all the more. What a great little plane! Recently I put a RV front wheel pant on it like Jim Fillmans and really like it.=C2-Lots of h eavy maintenance this past few months after seven years of flying and 550 h ours but now ready for many more years of fun service. =C2- I recently bought a used HP slate to run the windows version of Anywhere Ma p Pro and it's a really nice piece. It's got a seven inch screen and works really well in the cockpit. One day I'll go modern on the=C2-panel when I can stand to have the plane down for awhile. Cheers, Barry ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 08:56:04 AM PST US From: Alan Gill Subject: Re: Pulsar-List: Fwd: Perry propeller and 582 bluehead Hi Torstein=0A-=0AThe approved UK Warp Drive prop used here in the UK is a--- 56 inch dia, 2 blade, constant speed planform with heavy duty hu b.- Rotax 582 "B" gearbox ratio of 2:1.- They set the blades at about 1 3 degree pitch.-(the blades are ground adjustable)-Those that are opera ting on marginal airfield strip, set their blades accordingly.
