Does anyone have a cracked gear I can use as a plug for the mold? If not, does anyone have a gear I can borrow long enough to make the mold? Once I have the mold, I will be able to make gears for anyone that needs one. Thanks Greg Smith ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 04:35:21 PM PST US Subject: Re: Pulsar-List: Damaged main gear From: Larry Wheat Just out of curiosity what happened to the gear? Something maybe we should look for on our inspections? What is the glass makeup you would use on the new gear. Thanks in advance for any input. This may be repaired with 45 degree wraps of carbon fiber but I want a way to replace glass gears in the future. I am a firm believer in the glass gear for the Pulsar. I plan to talk about this at the Pulsar reunion. Greg In a message dated 4/12/2013 6:35:43 P.M. Central Daylight Time, lwheat2083@gmail.com writes: Just out of curiosity what happened to the gear?
