Thanks for the feedback. I'm now looking at fitting a pair of Dynon AP servos and was hoping to achieve enough movement from them - I measured the stick movement and it looks like the elevator pushrod moves to and fro 3" and the roll (measured from the bolt holding the rod-ends on the aileron pushrods) seems to move 4" but the wings are not fitted at present so not sure if there is a more limited range of travel. Can anyone suggest if the roll can be achieved from the standard attachment point as I have 3.6" of travel available with the outside hole on the long arm on a SV32 - there is an extra long version available but it's normally fitted with the next size up (SV42) which then adds an extra 1lb weight and draws twice the current - which is a scarce resource when running a glass panel etc. If there are any indications as to the effort required to move the controls that would be useful - the figures for the servos are quite good but I have no idea what the potential forces on the stick might be - I've only had a few hours a long time ago ! After flying to determine I liked the setup, I added a pop rivet to more permanently secure the clamp to the pushrod. Or good instructions to make those are as well welcome.
