I am at 4856 feet msl when I take off however so that 91 octane seems just fine. I really like the power I have. With a Prince power tip I can fly at 155 mph true at about 5000 rpms in my XP. The only comparison that I can make is last year, Austin Moses and I went flying (he has an 80 HP XP with a Prince power tip), his comment was that I could climb out a lot faster than he could. My plane is quite a bit heavier than his and I throttled back a little. I have about 120 hrs on the engine with no problems. I am sorry that I will not be able to attend. For those of you somewhere close to the Pacific Northwest we are having our annual Blackberry fly-in at Bremerton National (PWT). It starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM on August 31. I would like to get a number of you to attend. Let me know if you think you can make it. As you can see we are having our fly-in the same time so I am trying to get some Pulsars out west here to come. I have waited on sending out an e-mail so as not to cut into anyone who would attend your event.
