I asked a guy who is helping the widow of Mr. Degani, the former owner
of Pulsar Aircraft, to sell the assets, about spars. Here is his
response:

 Good question, I have not closed the loop on Pulsar just yet but may
be able to check and see if I can help find some wing spars.
