I was doing some research online and came across this site sometime ago. Decided I needed some help with different stages of my build and wanted everyone's opinion/suggestion. Bought my Pulsar from a gentleman who had cancer and past away back in 2008. Transported the aircraft from Oregon to my home in Poway, California. I've been pretty isolated on building my craft but I'm not unfamiliar to fiberglass and composite work. I'm about 80-85% complete. However, Had an unfortunate mishap that caused major scrapes and deep scratches on various areas of the canopy. I tried to repair the deep scrapes but seem to have made it worse by using fine wet/dry sandpaper. Any suggestions? Can plexiglass be smoothed out and scratches removed? Ideas would be deeply appreciated. Thanks. That might help.
