In 26 years it's never been a good solution and it always wants to peel up when you close the canopy and you have to use a duct tap to try and hold it in place. It's never been a good solution and it's time to replace it again Just curious what others are doing?. Does anyone have a good fix/design ? Thanks Mark ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 06:21:49 AM PST US From: Sonja Englert Subject: Re: Pulsar-List: Canopy weather seal Hi Mark, The problem I found with the gaps on the sides of the Pulsar canopy is that it changes when you open/close it. So if it is sealed when it is closed, it gets squished or ripped off when you open it. I have given up on it. The seal in the front is easier, I stuck foam tape on the fuselage side and let the canopy frame slide against it. I also have foam tape on the back of the canopy. When I am inside the lock pulls it far enough aft to close it and there is no gap, when I am outside, I cannot push it far enough aft to eliminate the gap. I put a good canopy cover over it.
