I've heard that Rockets have an extra doubler as compared to a RV where
the front fin spar attaches.  Is this true?  If it's so, could someone
share some details?

Rudder counter balances...  I've noticed some Rockets without them yet
Van has included them on all the new series of RV's.  Are they needed
for flutter prevention?
