It looks like my oiler cooler has sprung a leak.
1. If so, can it be fixed?
2. What is the cost, fixed verse new (used?)?
Any good ideas out there?

Expensive Item, so by all means try to fix it.
Try Pacific Oil Collers in sorth El Monte, phone 626 454 3172. They fixed one
on my Bellanca once and it worked out OK. Don't remember the price. John
Lauer, EAA 71 the Bakersfield Bunch.

Tom,
you might call Pacific oil cooler service, Inc in El Monte Ca.
I have not used thier services myself, but chatted with them in
Indianapolis at a PAMA convention.
They seem to be very thorough and can sometimes work a miracle so it seems.

PS - I am bad with names but I had the Rocket up to Hollister last week and
ran into a KingAir Pilot who is building a Rocket in the Bakersfield way.

Pacific must be the place. About ten folks have told me to go there.
Cooler comes off tomorrow and down to them Thursday.

PS - I just heard from Russ, Rocket Builder, who lives in Hawaii and he said
he is moving to Park City, While my folks live in Parowan Utah, I don't now
anything about Utah above the 75 mile marker on HWY 15. You may have
company. How far is Logan from Park City?? Keep building and when I come
up to see my folks, we can met somewhere for that 100 dollar hamburger.
