The tach shaft was badly grooved so I got a reconditoned one rather than fight the leaks that would have likely occurred. You can get one from Aircraft Specialty Services in Tulsa. 1-800-826-9252. The big question is whether you can install the shaft and new seal without completely disassembling everything aft of the prop.
