Hi Mace
I'll try this again. I think weight would be a major limiting factor
in going with a 300 + h.p Crossflow. They come in around 460lb , the 250 hp
lycoming is about 402 lbs. and even at that I think Mark altered the geometry
of landing gear on the F1 to give a bit more weight at the tail.
