Do you have some information packages or anything that I could be studying? Also, should an MT prop be damaged or nicked, what is the repair procedure and timeline? One of the P-810-A spinner, a data sheet on the MTV-9 propeller, and a drawing of the MTV-9 hub assembly (ignore the spinner on this page). Like all wood props, a spanwise crack in a blade is bad. Also, a crack in the leading edge sheath. Basically, the blades are fairly damage tolerant. A Velocity over rotated landing at Sun-N-Fun and hit the prop before going around. It was determined that there were no spanwise cracks, and the propeller diameter was greater than the minimum allowed length. The fix was to trim all three blades to the same length, and paint the tips. Timeline depends on the damage to be repaired. Worst case would be replacement of new blades from the factory. This time would vary with their backlog, could be a month. Haven't found out MT Propeller factory response to AOG. Will advise when I know. Hope this helps.
