Back in April 07 Michael Stewart posted some good info about reclocking the
2-blade Hartzell on an IO540 to reduce vibration. Now that my plane has 60
hours on it and I have fixed all the little first few flights squaks, I am now
focusing on the vibration issue. I did not notice it much in the first few
hours because I kept the RPMs up around 2350 but the more I play around with low
power/RPM settings the more I feel it.
So I am wondering if anyone else has tried this since Michael showed us it
worked, and Michael if you are reading this, I tried the link to your webpage
from the 4/07 posting and it did not work, do you have a new web address?
