Hey Smokey,
I did a bit of research on the subject and found this knife/tool. I
like it because it is one piece, has a full length serrated edge, prying
bevels and a notch for gripping the plexiglass on edge and breaking it.
It will also look damn macho in the cockpit.

BTW, if a bit of digging is required to extract yourself from an
inverted position, this tool might be better than a knife blade.
