Spinner Front Plate N85TP, HR II, completed 1996, now lives at Manassas, VA, Regional. I'm new guy to Rocket and couple problems showing up on my first annual: 1. Warped flange on the aft left section of the cylinder #6 exhaust pipe -- causing exhaust leak. It=99s the original pipe, believe John Harmon=99s early design (have asked him about it) =93 bad section is on right side of attache d photo. Anybody know if / how I can get replacement part, or maybe a great welder w ho could remove / replace the flange? Other ideas? 2. Original fiberglass 15=9D dia. Spinner=99s prop hub front pl ate is damaged; it=99s 10 5/8=9D dia., attached inside spinner with four screws and to Hartzell prop hub with four bolts. Attaching photo. Ideas for who to contact for a replacement? Spinner Front Plate Tim, I removed my original exhaust and installed a Larry Vetterman system, m uch improved and worth every penny. He may also be able to help with repair,, although once removed my old system had cracks I couldn't see until off airp lane. Replacing improved performance as well. Spinner bulkhead, try aircraft spruce. FYI. A Cessna 310 spinner will R&R p erfectly.
