      Fancy seeing you here, Ferg!  (I usually see your posts on the Europa list)  :-)
      
      We went through similar hair-pulling while integrating our 914 with an
      RDAC from MGL.  Same "plug and play" EFIS functionality with a few
      creases to iron.  We eventually worked out the bugs so I know it can
      be done... but our success came one handful of hair at a time.
      
      I'll happily compare notes with you to see if there is any commonality
      with our installation.  I also have a buddy with a Dynon that we can
      ping if/when specific questions arise.  Contact me off list if you
      wish.
