Hi Jason, I think the question Paul was asking referred to time on engines AFTER your conversion. Do you have any customers with flying aircraft and your injection / turbo system that could share their opinions or go to SnF or Oshkosh where we could see the hardware, etc. Thanks, -------- Ira N224XS Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=158674#158674 ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 01:40:28 PM PST US From: "Fergus Kyle" Subject: RotaxEngines-List: Dynon EMS-D10/914eng Hi, This goes out to any having the above combination. I am building a Europa and panel space is at a premium. I opted for the Dynon which inferred support of many temperature sensors and began wiring. The engine display carries 3 GP - General Purpose - lines, for any extra readings wanted. The EGTs for the 914 readings don't use the normal EGT circuits but require 2 of the 3 GP lines - so I used them. The CS prop, a Woodcomp model, demands the MAP reading, so I used GP3 for that purpose...... Thus I have used all 3 GP circuits. Along comes the need to display Coolant Temp. and I'm all out of circuits. If this happened to you, what did you do about it? Did you siphon off one circuit to an Either-Or switch, planning to sample MAP whenever you are setting new power mode and checking Coolant at regular times, er whut? I'm perplexed and open to any reasonable suggestion. Adding a teeny gauge to the crowded panel is my very last solution. Over.
