Still got about 50-60 lbs of weight loss to go. USD vs EUR fall appears to be stalled and even reversing, if you look at the 1 month chart attached. But taking a longer perspective as in the 5 year chart, also attached, I'm not so sure a meaningful reversal has begun. Hope I'm wrong. -------- Thom Riddle N221FA Allegro 2000 912UL N197BG FS1/447 -------------------- Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. - Buddha Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=182643#182643 Attachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/usdeur5y_694.tif http://forums.matronics.com//files/usdeur1m_106.tif ________________________________ Message 2 _____________________________________ Time: 10:58:00 AM PST US From: "Ivan" Subject: Re: RotaxEngines-List: Re: Continental engine Thom The Jabiru 3300, 201 cu in engine is about 70 lbs. less than the O-200 so I guess it has been done already. I hear the new O-200D is about 200 lb. and the Rotax 912ULS is about 148 lb. but these could all be wrong. At any rate, it is clear that Jabiru has an advantage in hp/lb compared to Lycs and Continentals. -------- Thom Riddle N221FA Allegro 2000 912UL N197BG FS1/447 -------------------- Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. - Buddha Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=182785#182785 ________________________________ Message 4 _____________________________________ Time: 05:12:11 PM PST US From: "Robert C Harrison" Subject: RE: RotaxEngines-List: Re: Continental engine Hi!
