I didn't get notices for awhile and then discovered the website was changed about the same time all the manuals were changed. The current website for owners is www.rotax-owners.com You can sign up there to receive notices.

I have had a much different experience. I get notices when they have
something to notify you about. Usually includes detailed pics and
directions. I have been very satisfied with the support and love my 912
uls. It doesn't use oil, is very fuel effcient, and has been problem
free the past 183 hours.
