Anyone know the dimensions on these filters (Pure, Mobil 1)? I purchased the TG3614
and it is about 3/8" too long to fit in my 914. Are the Pure and Mobil
      1 the same length?

It looks like I am going to have to pay the ridiculous Rotax prices for their filters.

      Thanks for the info.

It can be the (optional) slipper clutch too loose or more likely the "dog" preload
of the torsional dampening device needs checking. There is a procedure for
testing this with weighing scales on the prop and locking the crankshaft with
a test plug. Friend's 912 wouldn't start until the dogs were replaced.
