Hi Hugh, most of the synchronizers have a scale range 0....29,5" HG; I have made best experiences with the synchronizer from a german company. The scale rang 0...17,7 enables you to synchronize your carbs in a perfect manner. The company is spezialized in producing synchronizers for carbs. You will find more informations on www.boehm-synchrontester.de They can offer capsule pressure gauges with zero adjustment.
