Subject: AN Banjo fittings
Hi,
I am following up on my previous post regarding my desire to use a banjo fi
tting on the sump of my 914.- As Ron P mentioned rotax now have a part av
ailable for this, but when I checked with Lockwood, it was a new part numbe
r that they didn't have in there system and they had to check in with Kodia
k.
So far I haven't heard back, however I have found a part on line that is a
16mm AN fitting but it is in aluminum.- I was wondering if this would be
okay, or do I need a steel banjo fitting in this area
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
