It seems instead that ROAN's own website is intentionally misleading: http://www.rotax-owner.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=160&Itemid=6 Look at the descriptions of what is claimed free and not on their own site. Look at where technical articles lay. What is claimed to be free is EMail notification of SBs, not the SBs themselves. Perhaps this customer plundering is part of the new arrangement where Rotec handles all "certified" engines and Kodiak now handles just the non-certified engines.
