Remember, the engine was running perfect just the day prior to my swapping out the rubber hoses - it's about 99% sure and obstruction in my book. Happened to me recently on a Bing 54. Crap on the needle valve. With the 64, you might want to check that you got the tab on the diaphragm back in its slot, too. Wet plugs doesn't seem to fit with the problem being an obstruction in one of the carb circuits. Check to be sure the enricher plunger (choke) is seating properly on the wet cylinder's carb. -------- Tom Jones Classic IV 503 Rotax, 72 inch Two blade Warp Ellensburg, WA Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=288297#288297

Tom Jones was correct - for some reason it was NOT dirt - I just haven't utilized the choke enough to realize it was intermittently hanging open. I apparently flipped it on to get her running after all my fuel lines were replaced (empty) in hopes it would pull the fuel in faster to my empty fuel system. The lever-style choke handle isnt' returning. I'll reassemble my carb and verify before I go chasing it. If anyone has seen these carb cables hang up, please let me know how you suggest resolving it... do I open and lubricate the cables, or is there a spring somewhere inside the choke handle or ?? Thanks all! Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=288313#288313
