I too just bought a new gasket from LEAF for my 912 fuel pump. If you need
a gasket and the 912 gasket will fit you could have my old one.It is in
perfect condition I shouldn't have bought the new one. They run about $35 !

I have been getting my 912s ready to hang on the firewall of my Kitfox. I a
m in need of cutting the bolt hole (ears) off of the starter as they will n
ot be used...needing to gain more clearance. has anyone ever taken the cap
off of the starter to cut the ears off? This is where the hot lead screw is
at and I'm thinking the brushes must be close by. Am I-in-for a rodeo
