Fixing to install the new Rotax Oil pressure regulator replacement parts
(cone, spring, and Hex screw). I don=99t believe an oil system
purge is necessary or required when replacing the old parts with these
new ones. However, as I remember an old SI for replacing the spring and
cleaning the =9Cball=9D stated to follow the purging
procedure. Any comment?

Not needed. Only a little oil will dribble out when you make the change. No d
ifferent than removing the oil filter
